Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively to the United States. We hope to expand to more international destinations in the future, and any updates to our shipping zones will be posted here.

What are the transit times and customs fees?
Most small orders for personal use fall under the "De Minimis" threshold for the USA and typically do not incur customs duties.
However, should any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes be applied by US Customs, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Aasri Living has no control over these charges.
2. Product & Customization

Do you take custom orders or sizes?
To maintain the strict structural engineering and premium quality standards of our curated collections, we do not accept custom orders or size modifications. Every piece in our store is fully weight-tested (built for 5kg–8kg capacities) and sold as designed.

Are pots and plants included?
No. We specialize exclusively in the textile engineering and design of the plant hangers. Pots and plants are shown for display purposes only.
3. Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely international shipping, order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Addresses cannot be changed once order is received. So please ensure correct addresses, house numbers or mobile/telephone numbers while placing your orders.
