Thank you for supporting Aasri Living. Because our premium macramé plant hangers are handcrafted individually at our boutique studio in Jaipur, Rajasthan, we treat every order with personal care. Below you will find everything you need to know about our international delivery process and shop rules.

PART 1: SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Area & Destined Country

Aasri Living operates as an international e-commerce store shipping exclusively to the United States of America (USA). At this time, we do not accept orders or ship to other international destinations.

2. Processing Orders & Delivery

  • Handling: Each piece at Aasri Living is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Carrier: We use UPS Express to ensure your plant hangers spend the least amount of time in transit.

  • Tracking: As soon as your package is handed over to the courier, a tracking number will be generated and automatically emailed to you so you can monitor its journey.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Import Duties: Most small orders for personal use fall under the "De Minimis" threshold for the USA and typically do not incur customs duties.

  • Responsibility: However, should any local customs fees, import duties, or taxes be applied by US Customs, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Aasri Living has no control over these charges.

5. Delivery Exceptions

  • P.O. Boxes: Since we use UPS Express, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Aasri Living is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Damaged Items

We wrap our macrame with care to prevent tangling or damage. If your item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us at aasriliving@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product so we can resolve the issue immediately.

PART 2: CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

7. 24-Hour Cancellation Window

We understand that plans can change. Because we begin preparing your order quickly within our studio schedule, cancellations are gladly accepted strictly within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at aasriliving@gmail.com with your order number.

8. Return & Refund Policy

  • Boutique Limitations: Due to the independent, handmade nature of our studio and the complexities of international shipping, returns are only accepted if you receive the wrong product. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse or accidental orders.

  • Return Shipping: In the rare event that an incorrect item is delivered, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs back to our studio.

  • Return Request Window: If you believe you have received an incorrect product, you must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery. To do so, you are required to contact us via email and provide a clear, unedited video showing the product received, along with the packaging. This helps us accurately assess the issue and ensure a fair resolution. Once your request is submitted, we will review the details and respond within approximately 24 hours.

  • Item Condition: To qualify for a resolution, the item must be completely unused, unaltered, and kept in its original packaging.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In certain cases, refunds may be facilitated via PayPal for international transactions, depending on the original payment mode and processing requirements.
